Travel Diary: Galvenston, TX

Last weekend I was in Galvenston, TX for my family reunion. I wanted to share some pictures with you because Galvenston is a beach town but it also has a lot of history. We stayed in beautiful Victorian house while we were there that was built in the 1800’s, which was an interesting experience, and just had a lot of fun so stick around to see some of the photos!

DSC_0279DSC_0315We had so much over the weekend but the house that we stayed in had some flaws. Victorian homes are a lot to keep up. The house needed a lot of work done to it. There was a leaking roof, ants, and a lot other renovations that needed to be done. But overall it was still a really cool experience. The architecture in the home was so intricate and beautiful and that’s something that you don’t see in the average home these days.
