Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well. A little while ago I made a pitcher of detox water and the benefits that I got from it were really great so I thought I would share the recipe with you.
It’s really simple. You only need three ingredients and they are items that you can find at any grocery store.
Now that you’ve completed your detox water you can store it in your refrigerator and drink it throughout the day! When I made this I drank about 3/4 of the pitcher in one day and just poured the rest into a water bottle and drank it the next morning.
This is a really great way to cleanse your system and leave your body feeling refreshed! Mint, lemon, and cucumber have so many health benefits. This combination provides antioxidants, Vitamin C, digestive help, energy, minerals, and hydration!
I’m going to be honest, it was a bit hard for me to get through the whole pitcher. I’m not the biggest fan of lemon water but I’m trying to get myself used to it because it has so many health benefits. If you are like me then a really helpful tip is to drink the water using a straw, it makes it a lot easier to get through.
