Favorite Polishes Of the Moment

DSC_0024As you may have been able to guess from the picture above, I have been loving nudey/pink nail colors for the past couple of weeks. I feel like these shades just look so classic and pretty on the nails and pair well with nearly any outfit. So today I’m going to be sharing a couple of my favorite polishes from this color family!

1. Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Mudslide

DSC_0010 (2)This is definitely more of a dusty rose color and great for anyone who likes their polishes to have a warm tone to their polishes. The formulation of these polishes are so amazing. They last for days without chipping when you add a top coat onto the polish, it becomes opaque after three light coats, and it’s honestly pretty shiny on its own.

2. Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Gray-t Escape

DSC_0025Another great color from the Salon Manicure line. This shade is cooler than the other but I like that it’s more interesting than just a flat gray shade, it has a hint of lilac to it. Just like the previous polish the formulation is wonderful for this on as well!

3. OPI Fiji WeeJee Fawn

DSC_0020 (2)Pay no mind to the dried polish on the bottle, that’s what happens when you don’t screw the lid on tight enough ladies and gentlemen! Anyway, I’ve come to really like this polish. When I first got it I hated it because it’s quite sheer and it has a frosty finish. But I’ve actually been in the mood for this type of finish lately and it started to grow on me. Plus OPI has the cutest names for their polishes!

4. Sinful Colors in Easy Going (700)

DSC_0003 (2)This brand is super affordable. I’m talking like two to three dollars a bottle, which is pretty darn cheap for nail polish. However, as expected, it doesn’t have the most flawless application or resistance to chipping. But I make it work, and it’s a really pretty baby pink color once you get it to be completely opaque.

5. Nails Inc. Nailkale in Mayfair Lane

DSC_0029I’m pretty sure that I’ve talked about this polish in a blog post already so I won’t go on too long about it but it’s very nice quality, lasts long, and is a beautiful ballerina pink!

6.Β  Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy in Checkmate (540)

DSC_0033This polish is last but definitely not least. I have been obsessed with this color recently. This Revlon line has great brushes and although the polishes don’t really stand up to gel manicures like the title implies, they still do a good job for drug store products. This color is the perfect nude and I love it!

Thanks for reading!

  2. I feel like I’ve been wearing Essie’s “Nude Beach” nonstop since January. It’s my favorite nude polish, but it has a really pretty iridescence to it. But those Sally Hansen polishes are definitely my favorite formula!
