*5-6 frozen strawberry halves
*1 whole frozen banana
*1 spoonful of fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
*4-5 pieces of ice
*1 hand full of kale
*around 3/4 cup of water (this will vary depending on the type of blender you have and how powerful it is)
This smoothie is great for a snack or meal replacement if you don’t have a ton of time for breakfast or lunch. Its also sweet enough to mask the bitter taste of the kale.
