1. Miel Pattiserie
204 S 17th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103
Tucked away off of one the main shopping streets in center city; this French café is one of my favorite places to grab a coffee and a delicious pastry. Miel has ambience as well as great products. They make a mean latte and the macarons and other pastries are some of the best that I’ve had (excluding Paris of course).
2. Good Dog
224 S 15th St Philadelphia, PA 19102
The burgers here are amazing and so are the drinks. Good dog is a great place to go with friends. Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Oh, and did I mention the sweet potato fries because they are on point!

The food here is a little on the expensive side but its great if you want to sit down and enjoy a fresh, well-crafted meal. My personal favorite is the spinach salad. I’m normally not the kind of person to go out to a restaurant and order a salad but the amazing dressing and nuts on it makes this salad far from boring, and great as a side to one of their pizzas.
An old favorite of mine that I always go back to. If you are a brunch lover then you will love Sabrina’s. The portions are massive, the prices are reasonable, and the French toast is banging! I’ve never been here and left unsatisfied, though you should keep in mind that its packed on the weekends.
